The program is designed for managers to develop coaching skills and tools and become a coach-like leader in corporate life and a coach-like person in personal life.
The program includes intensive practice and the participants' moment-to-moment progress is measured throughout the program with feedbacka after the role plays and case studies.
The program consists of 2+1 follow-up days, where real issues are discussed.
What makes the program unique is that the participants look where they have not looked about themselves before, recognize their own assumptions, beliefs and patterns, and observe the positive impact of the coaching during the program. After the program, this new skill becomes permanent as he/she can easily put what he/she has learned into practice and quickly see the impact and change in his/her leadership as a manager.
