This program is designed for organisations who wants to transform culturally in many aspects. The program consists of mentor-mentee trainings, 1-1 meetings, group coaching follow-up sessions, feedback forms. The program mentor offers 2 meetings per mentor for mentoring the mentor development session. The experienced managers in the company as selected mentors tranfers extensive experience to mentees in the company with some unique techniques and approach.
