Between 2008-2011, I worked as Learning & Development Manager for National Bank Of Abu Dhabi in the UAE where my greatest learnings and personel development had come alive.
I am a genuine believer that the true catalyst for change is intrinsic motivation as well as discipline and that is not much difference between leading yourself and leading others.
